1. Refunds due to a simple change of mind are only available within 7 days of receiving the product.

(Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer; refund excludes initial shipping costs.) 

2. For defective items, claims must be made within 3 months of receiving the product. 

-For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee , except in cases of product defects or shipping errors. 

-Even for products with free shipping, if the return is due to a change of mind, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs. 

-If the product is defective or if there was a shipping mistake, Prettybusy will cover the shipping costs for exchanges or returns. 

Please note that exchanges will only be possible for the same product. 

-If the requested exchange product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead. 

[ Cases Where Exchanges and Returns Are Not Allowed ]

-If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product. 

-If the value of the product has decreased (e.g., damaged packaging, washing, stains, perfume or deodorant smells, damaged plastic wrapping, damaged freebies, damaged components, removal of product barcode, alterations, etc.). 

-If the product's value has significantly decreased due to the buyer's use or partial consumption. 

-If the product's value has significantly decreased to the point that it cannot be resold due to the passage of time 

(e.g., custom-made products, sale items, or products where exchange/refund policies were specified on the detailed page). 

-If the packaging of a product that can be copied is damaged. 

-If there are signs of use or damage, even for defective or incorrect items. 

-If the color of the product appears differently on the customer's monitor due to resolution or camera effects, compared to the actual product received. 

-If the product's print or pattern differs from the image shown on the product page. 

-If the product is a random option, exchanges or returns due to a change of mind are not allowed after receiving the item. 

*Due to the nature of all products, stock may be sold out early, and exchanges due to a change of mind may be difficult. 

*Returns and exchanges will follow the regulations set by the Consumer Protection Law in Electronic Commerce.

[ Cancellation and Refund Policy ] 

-If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the product price before processing the refund. 

-Please note that some products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, so be sure to check the product details before purchasing. 

-Once the returned product arrives at Prettybusy, it will take approximately 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your return and refund. 

-Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. 

-For card payments or bank transfers (escrow): The remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee or a 10% cancellation penalty. 

-In certain cases, if we detect an unusually high number of orders, we may cancel all related orders without prior notice. We kindly ask for your understanding.
